Kaʻehukai was born and raised on Oʻahu where he spent most of his days skating from the mountains to the sea. His connection to the ocean started from his youth, paddling, bodyboarding, and fishing. He enjoys to holoholo when ever he has the chance. His fascination with ʻāina moana led him on an educational path pursuing degrees from Hawaiian Studies, to achieving a MOP certificate. He has most recently graduated with his Masters of Science from the Tropical Conservation Biology and Environmental Sciences Program at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo. His dedication to ʻāina is rooted from his kūpuna and is proud to serve lāhui. Kaʻehukai does this work because he believes in protecting, preserving, and perpetuating the generational resources of pae ʻāina Hawaiʻi. A hiki i ke aloha ʻāina hope loa.
